GET 
/billing/api/v1/agreements/:agreementId/components/:componentId/materials

Returns a paged list of materials-ledger entries under the specified component. Sortable on every Response field; filterable by Product_ID, Service_ID, Time_Log_ID, billing transaction, billed flag, and Usage_Date / Amount ranges.
