List agreements

GET 
/billing/api/v1/agreements

Returns a paged list of agreements with filtering by customer, status, name, agreement id, derived duration, derived term status, and start- / expiration-date ranges. Components and rules are not included; use GET /v1/agreements/{id} for the nested tree.
