📄️ Update a ticket board

Updates a board and its shared groups / inbox mapping. Requires the ManageBoards permission.

Returns an active board with its shared groups and inbox mapping. Boards outside the caller's group visibility read as not found.

Soft-deletes a board (Is_Active = 0). Blocked while the board still has boarded tickets. Requires the ManageBoards permission.

Removes the current user's personal list-view override so the board falls back to its default. Idempotent.

Upserts the current user's personal list-view override for a board. Overrides the board default for that user only; no admin permission required.

Lists boards (active by default). Pass ?lookup=true for the minimal dropdown shape.

Creates a board with optional shared groups and inbox mapping. Requires the ManageBoards permission.

Resolves the view a board opens with for the current user by precedence: personal override, then board default, then system fallback.
