📄️ Publish a notification
Publishes a notification to connected SignalR clients. Can target a specific user or all users in a Client.
📄️ Delete notifications for the current user
Deletes notifications for the current user based on the provided notification IDs. If a ticket or workflow notification thread no longer has any recipients after deletion, the thread is also deleted. A direct message (sent by a user) is kept, so its sender can still see it under Sent; it just no longer counts the recipient who deleted it.
📄️ Get all notifications for the current user
Returns all notifications for the current user, optionally including read notifications.
📄️ Send a notification to a list of users
Sends a notification to a list of users with the specified title, message, priority level, and source information.
📄️ Delete a notification the current user sent, for everyone
Deletes a direct message the current user sent, together with every recipient's copy of it. Only the person who sent the message can delete it; anyone else, a ticket or workflow notification and an unknown id all get 404. This is separate from DELETE /v1/notifications, which only removes the caller's own copy of a notification.
📄️ Get all notification priority levels
Returns all available notification priority levels and their IDs.
📄️ Get a filtered, sorted, paged list of notifications received by the current user
Returns the current user's received notifications, read and unread, with optional filters (read status, sender, priority, date range), a text search on title or message, sorting and paging. fromDate and toDate accept either a plain date (yyyy-MM-dd), meaning that whole UTC day, or a full timestamp, meaning that exact instant (inclusive, converted to UTC; a value without an offset is read as UTC). Allowed sortBy values: id, status, title, priority, source, date, readAt (priority sorts Low to Emergency); sortDirection is asc or desc, and the default is newest first.
📄️ Get the recipients of one notification the current user sent, with who has read it
Returns the recipients who still have the notification (a recipient who deleted it is not listed), unread first and then in the order it was sent, each with their read status and when they read it. Only the person who sent the notification can see its recipients; anyone else gets 404. perPage is 1 to 100.
📄️ Get a filtered, sorted, paged list of the notifications the current user sent, with how many recipients have read each one
Returns the direct messages the current user sent, each with how many recipients have read it and its first unread recipient (or its first recipient when all have read it). The full recipient list of one message comes from GET /v1/notifications/sent/{threadId}/recipients. Supports filters (read status, recipient, priority, date range), a text search on title or message, sorting and paging. readStatus=unread means not read by every recipient and readStatus=read means read by every recipient; a message whose recipients all deleted it appears only with readStatus=all. readStatus always refers to every recipient of the message, even when sentToUserId narrows the list to messages that include one person. fromDate and toDate accept either a plain date (yyyy-MM-dd), meaning that whole UTC day, or a full timestamp, meaning that exact instant (inclusive, converted to UTC; a value without an offset is read as UTC). Allowed sortBy values: status (share of recipients who read it), title, priority, date, readAt (priority sorts Low to Emergency); sortDirection is asc or desc, and the default is newest first. perPage is 1 to 100.
📄️ Send a notification to a list of users
Sends a notification to a list of users from the authenticated user.
📄️ Update the language of a notification
Updates the language of a notification based on the provided notification ID and new language code.
📄️ Update the read status of notifications for the current user
Updates the read status of notifications for the current user based on the provided list of notification IDs and new read status.
