📄️ Get invoices for a customer
Returns a list of invoices for a customer.
📄️ Create Invoice
Creates an invoice for a customer. Can include specific unposted transactions, create new transactions inline (max 50), or create for outstanding unposted transactions. When IncludeAgreementUsage is true also sweeps unbilled agreement usage onto the statement for the customer and any child accounts (requires the 'customer_billing_agreements' feature flag to be enabled on the tenant — otherwise IncludeAgreementUsage is silently ignored). When EmailInvoice is true, the invoice is queued for automatic emailing via the email-invoices queue and recorded in batch history. When a child account is supplied (requires the 'one_time_child_to_parent_bill' feature flag), the statement is generated on its parent as a consolidated parent + child bill containing the passed transactions; PreviewToken is not supported in that case.
📄️ List invoices
Returns a paged list of invoices across customers, filtered by invoice id, customer name, creation- and due-date ranges, remaining balance, and overdue status. Each row also carries the Create Invoices batch that generated it and the most recent print batch it was included in. Consolidated child statements that roll up into a parent bill are excluded.
📄️ Preview Invoice
Previews an invoice containing explicitly selected unposted transactions and optional agreement usage. The operation does not create transactions, statements, or ledger billing stamps.
📄️ Download Invoice
Generates and downloads a PDF for the specified invoice.
📄️ Download Invoice (Classic)
Generates and downloads a PDF for the specified invoice using the classic billing PDF engine.
📄️ Download Preview Invoice
Generates a preview resembling what an actual invoice would look like and downloads it as a PDF.
📄️ Email Invoice
Generates and emails a PDF of the specified invoice to the provided recipients.
📄️ Email Invoice via Workflow
Enqueues an invoice notification workflow event for the specified invoice.
📄️ Reverse Invoice
Reverses an invoice. Validates that the invoice exists and is not part of a closed accounting period.
