Get grouped ticket counts for a dimension

GET 
/psac/api/v1/ticket-list-grouped-summary

Returns filter-aware group buckets (id, label, color, count) for the ticket list grouped by status, priority, assignee or customer, using the same request scope and filters as the flat list.
