Bill Reservations For Parts/Labor Lines
POST/inventory-management/api/v1/Tickets/:id/bill-reservations
Finalizes (marks Billed and records the sale for) the inventory reservations held against a specific set of ticket parts/labor lines, without deleting the ticket. Used by partial invoicing, where only some lines are billed and the ticket must remain for its other lines.
