Delete a notification the current user sent, for everyone

DELETE 
/psac/api/v1/notifications/sent/:threadId

Deletes a direct message the current user sent, together with every recipient's copy of it. Only the person who sent the message can delete it; anyone else, a ticket or workflow notification and an unknown id all get 404. This is separate from DELETE /v1/notifications, which only removes the caller's own copy of a notification.
