Update a file data map

/billing/api/v1/file-data-maps/:id

Updates a file data map's name and fields. The default map cannot be updated. Fields replaces the map's field list: RevFields not yet on the map are added, RevFields left out are removed, and the rest take the given FileField. Fields must include every required RevField for the FileDataType (see GET /v1/file-data-maps/types) and list none more than once. The FileDataType cannot change.
