Get tickets linked to a set of assets

GET 
/psac/api/v1/assets/tickets/by-asset-ids

Retrieves a paginated list of tickets linked to any of the supplied asset IDs, sorted by created date descending. Designed for chain-spanning ticket history on transferred assets: callers pass the transfer-chain's asset IDs and use Customer_Asset_ID on each row to attribute the ticket to the customer that owned the asset at filing time.
