Delete a parts and labor entry
DELETE /psac/api/v1/ticketPartsLabor/:partsId
Deletes a parts and labor entry from a ticket by its ID. When preservePurchaseOrderLineItem is true and the item is linked to a PO, a standalone PO line item is created before deletion.
