Create a PayPal card entry session

/billing/api/v1/payment-accounts/cards/paypal/session

Mints the setup token the PayPal JS SDK card fields collect a card against, with the SDK script URL and client ID needed to mount them. Card numbers never touch Rev.io: PayPal's hosted fields collect into the setup token, and the approved token is exchanged via the create PayPal card endpoint.
